i am making chicken marsala for 60 people is there an easy way without making it for 4 people at a time...i know how to make it for my household but never made it for 60....when you are making it for 60 do i still flour it and cook before i put in mushrooms and wine for can i do that seperate and pour it over while it is in the oven???? |
