I am doing baked corn for wedding reception and have never made for large quantities. Do you have recipe or how many pans would i need? I am thinkin 2" or 4" pans. they will be kept warm on chafers. |

Use the 2 inch pans for safety and texture reasons. One will serve about 24. They hold about 3 9x13 pans. |
