I need to make yellow rice as a side dish to go with baked chicken...the ammount needs to feed 70 people. Could you tell me the amount of rice I will need to make and the amount of chicken? |

Chicken depends on the cut, see the plan for 100 page, do 3/4 of 100. Rice, 6-8 pounds dry, depends on what else is served. |
