Sorry to bother, but was wondering if anybody has an approximate figure of flatware and dishware to open a new Tapas Bar. We will be selling drinks and free tapas (appetizers) with your drinks.
For 200 seats, I calculate: Plus 20% to 25% overstock... What you think? Does this sounds good? Thank alot in advance! |
