We(our baseball team) are catering for 300 people. Need to know how much salad? Rigatonis with meat sauce? Hot Dogs Keilbasa and Kraut? And A ham bbq or pulled pork we should figure on for 300 people. Are there some sort of standards per 50 or 100 people? |

Lisa, I need more information. Are the eaters paying for the meal? Is it self serve/all you can eat/ buffet service? How many are kids under 10? Or is this an adult league? What is the kitchen? What beverages? Any desserts? You know you need about 25 people to set up, serve and clean up this size meal? Write back. |
