correct temp. to reheat potato salad and cabbage

10/27/12 		I have to serve German potato salad warm also sweet/sour red cabbage. Each dish about 5 lbs.
What is the correct temp. to use in oven and how long.

10/27/12 		Preheated 325 oven tightly large shallow covered pans, about 40 minutes. Deeper takes longer.
