Can I slow cook 25 lbs. of pork loin in 1 roaster oven? Can I cook it in Coca-cola, then shred, then add bbq sauce for pulled pork? If so, how long and at what temperature? Thank you, in advance! |

Yes. Do not use loin, it will be dry. Use Poston butt/ shoulder. Go by the weight of the largest piece, try to get them all about the same size, allow 1 hour per pound at 325. |
