| Janice 11/03/12 | I am making Chicken Pot Pies for the families of two friends whose elderly parents just passed away.  I am simmering a 6.4 lb. chicken.  How many cups of chicken meat will it yield? I need to know so I can figure will I be doubling or tripling my recipe. Each pan of Chicken Pot Pie calls for 3 cups of chicken. |
