Hello I am would like to prepare phily steak sandwiches and sale them at a fundraising event. I am estimating prparing 160 sandwiches, so I would like to know how much cheese, peppers and onions I would need. |

Usual to use same weight combined peppers and onions as meat. 20 pounds cheese- 2 ounces per sandwich. |
