I am hosting a party for 60 people, and plan on serving, potato salad, macaroni salad, cold cuts like roast beef, ham and oven roasted chicken, cheese, fruit tray, veggie tray, deserts (assorted squares). Could you help me by telling me how much of each i would need, that would be greatly appreciated.

All these items are either on the plan for 100 page, the sandwich page, or the dessert bar page, use 2/3 the amounts for 100. The meat, do 1/2 beef and 1/4 each ham and chicken.
