I was asked to plan a 75th birthday party for my mother-in-law. The party will be held on a Wed. evening at 6:30. We are expecting around 50 people. Here is my menu. Meats: Turkey(10lb),Pork Roast(8lb),Whole Ham(19lb)and smoked chicken (10lb) Sides/Veggies: mashed potatoes, macaroni & Cheese, Veg.casserole, green beans, corn,and either a pineapple or sweet potato casserole Bread: rolls Dessert: 2 layer half sheet cake App./Fillers: Fruit & Veggie tray with dips, spinach dip w/ crackers, and dev. eggs. Drinks: Tea, lemonade, water, and coffee Is this enough or too much. Your input is greatly appreciated. |

Hi, there, It's a little much for 50, here are some possible tweaks.

and either a pineapple or sweet potato casserole Bread: rolls, 2 small each, 1-2 pounds butter Dessert: 2 layer half sheet cake
App./Fillers:
