I am doing a church dinner for about 250. We are serving boneless pork loin roast, scalloped potatoes, rolls, green beans and green salad. I found 2 porkloin amounts and wanted to clarify. I was planning on 1 lb for every 3 people. I noticed another thread suggesting 1/2 lb per person. Which would you suggest? (This is for all ages). Thanks! |

1/2 pound raw per adult makes a party size entree. 1 pound raw per 3 makes a lunch size portion, about the size of a deck of cards. If you expect quite a few under 10, you can do the smaller amount. |
