OK so how much OJ (containers) do you get for a brunch for 40 people esp with mimosas? How about bottles of champagne? Bottles of wine for each guest to have a little glass to toast with? THANKS! Your site is amaaaazing |

On a festive occasion, I plan 16 quarts of mimosas for each 25 people, so for 40, about 25 quarts. I do NOT mix all at once- it goes flat in about 20 minutes, and some people prefer their oj and sparkling wine separately. Most mimosa recipes are 1/2 and 1/2. One standard bottle of wine pours 5 glasses, unless you use the very very large glasses. |

Look into Freixenet, Spanish "champagne" as your sparkling wine base. Brut is a little drier than extra dry. |
