On December 28, 2012, I am not possibly cater a birthday party for a friend of my wife. I am a certified chef and am seeking assistance on menu pricing. The event is between 75-125 people, buffet style, action stations included, set-up and breakdown of the event.

Noticed a flaw in my above posted message. The sentence which states "I am not possibly cater a birthday party for a friend of my wife" was to read " I am to cater a birthday party for a friend of my wife".
