Im looking to make a seafood gumbo for and would like to use shrimp crab meat (lump and / or claw ) adding canned smoked oysters. I don't know how much of each to use. |

DO NOT put canned smoked oysters in the gumbo. If you can't get fresh, omit them. Claw crap meat is sufficient and less costly. See this great site: gumbopages.com/recipe-page.html |
