cheesy hash brown casserole

12/08/12 		I would like to bake cheesy hash browns and then transfer them to a crock pot to keep warm. will this work ok? Will it dry out the potatoes?

12/08/12 		It works fine. Just be sure the potatoes are already hot from the oven or stove top when you put them in the pot, it is not good for reheating.
