I would like to do a bone in Prime Rib for Christmas dinner. There will be 12 adults and 6 kids, how much should I get? |

12 pounds minimum- 2 roasts- get two the same size, or if there are folks who eat their beef a little overcooked, go by the slightly larger one and the smaller will be overcooked. Do read the Beef roasting article. |
