Love your website!!! Hope you can help! I'm serving Penne pasta with a choice of Marinara sauce or Alfredo Sauce with Ceasar salad and breadsticks. How much of each sauce, pasta, salad and breadsticks do I need for approximately 250 people? |

Use the plan for 100 list for the salad and bread. Use the spaghetti page for the pasta, and allow 1 quart sauce per pound of dry pasta; 2/3 marinara and 1/3 Alfredo is the usual allowance with 2 sauces. They need substantial appetizers with this simple meal. |
