Hi i got called to cater a dinner for 250 people can u tell me how many turkey i need to get an how many pilled potoato i need an how much green beans i need to do a dinner this size i have the biggest pressure cook that they have an ill be cooking in them an doing turkey in rosters i was told i need 13 -25 lb turkey but i dnt no if that enough or not thank u |

Melinda, it takes about 10 people to cook this much food safely and prperly, and a walk in cooler to store it. Amounts are covered in the shopping guide in the holiday cooking section at the top of Big Pots.. |
