12/18/12 		I am preparing a meal for 35 people. I will be preparing the following: Can you tell me if I have the amounts right? Thanks!

20 lbs spiral ham with a pineapple glaze
4 1/2 lbs toss salad
3 Extra Large cans green beans(I forget what #)
1 Large aluminum pan (feeds 50) Mac/Cheese
1 Large aluminum pan (feeds 50) Dressing
Rolls 80 rolls
3 Gallons Sweet Tea
1 Cake
1 Large aluminum pan (feeds 50) Banana Pudding

12/18/12 		You have plenty, will have some both mac and stuffing left. You only need 2 #10 can veggies, but I suggest 8-9 pounds frozen instead. Maybe a gravy for the stuffing? 3 quarts.
