Hi We're doing casseroles for 40, plus sides. I need to know how many casseroles I need. For the casserole pans 15 x 11 inches, how many people can I count on that feeding? Thank you. |

We're doing buffet for 40. Casseroles this year instead of ham, etc. I have four med. rack roaster pans. 15 3/4" x 11 5/8" x 2 7/8". How many pans of casserole should I have for 40 people. The crowd is 40-60 age group with a smattering of elementary aged children. No teenagers. |

That pan holds about 5 quarts. 3 people per quart for generous casserole serving. 3 would be plenty, probably some left. |
