Help! I am serving nacho cheese dip to a large group for 4 hours today. Can I keep it warm in a roaster? Or should I use a crock pot...the roaster will hold more! Thanks oodles! Ann |

But the roaster gets too many crusty places as it is eaten. What I would do, crockpot on low to serve, open cans or bowls in the cookpan in the roaster with hot water in the cook pan, like a giant double boiler,keeping it hot and ready to serve. Bring water to a boil at 325, turn to 180 to hold the sauce. |
