Hi Ellen, I am catering a wedding reception for my best friend's daughter. We are planning for about 150-200 guest. Our menu is Roasted Pig, Pasta Salad, Vegetable Medley, & Bacon Wrapped Asparagus. I need to know how much pasta I need to feed a group this large. The pasta dish will include Tri-colored pasta, green bell pepper, purple onions, sliced green olives,grape tomatoes, and Italian Dressing. Thank you so much. |

6 pounds dry pasta per 100 as a base for the salad. However, you need more food. You need a dish that will serve as an entree for people who don't eat pork; this could be something like a rice and cheese and veggie casserole. You also need a starchy something (about 3 1/2 gallons per 100)and bread (12 pounds per 100). |
