I am doing a fund raiser and need to know how much ges beef I would need for spaghetti, And how much sauce I will be using ragu sauce And how much spaghetti noodles I would need. I willl be giving 1 cup of noodles with 1/2 cup meat sauce |

Lisa, the spaghetti page has info on how much each pound of various pasta cooks up to, also tips on making and holding large amounts of pasta. For 400, you need to plan 56 quarts of sauce, which is 14 gallons. I use 18 pounds of ground meat to make sauce for 100. |
