You need to make 20-24 pounds of meat balls. 5 pounds of ground meat makes almost 6 pounds of meatballs. They can be made ahead and reheated in the bgravy. You need 6 to 7 quarts of gravy. Use the freezable holdable mashed potato recipe in Big Pots to make your potatoes ahead. They can be reheated in the oven. You need 4 #10 cans of corn or 118 pounds frozen. |
