Hey everyone, I am having wedding with 160 people and we are thinking of serveing pasta, and I need to know on how much pasta I should buy..... Please help !! |

Go to the spaghetti page. You need to look at the bottom of the page for dinner for 50-60 and do 3 times the amount. There are MANY hints for large amounts of pasta. Baked pastas such as macaroni and cheese, lasagna, or baked ziti or the sausage mozzarella bake on the page hold much better than loose pasta for buffets. |
