pulled pork bbq sandwich

I was asked to do a a snack size ( hard roll)bbq pulled pork sandwich to feed 100 people, this is not their lunch, but they said a thank you snack, it will be served with cole slaw and then something to do with pinapple. Can you tell me how much raw pork and what kind I will need to do this. They want it to be plated, so that no one takes more than that amount. Can you help? Thank you so much

You want bone in pork shoulder for the juiciest, most flavorful pulled pork. Prepare 1-3 days ahead and let sit refrigerated in the sauce. 1 pound bone in will make about 4 smallish hard roll sandwiches.
