yes, I need to know how to fix chicken pot-pie for 50 people. I have 6 pans they are the size 12x18 or 12x20. But I can't figure out how many to fix of them. Please help me, and if You have a recipe for this please send it.

12x18 holds about 6 quarts, 12x20 about 7 1/2 (difference in depths). You nee 1 quart per 4 people. YOu still did not tell me whether you are using biscuits, pie crust, puff pastry, or mashed potatoes for the crust. More info, please. |
