on the menu: -50lbs sliced luncheon meats(is that to much?) -sliced cheese(roughly 300 large slices) -120 buns -chips -3 large jars of pickles/olives -crackers -1 15L pail of raw veggies -butter/marg -1 15L pail green salad -1 15L pail potato salad

1 pound chips per 10-15 (younger crowd, more chips), 1 pound crackers per 15. Too much meat and cheese, if this is a light lunch, use the reception level amounts on the sandwich page, there is also a table there for condiments. You will have much too much salad, potato salad and raw veggies- please see the plan for 100 page and the veggie tray page and use 1/2 the amounts for 100. |
