You also need a table of appetizers ready at the end of the ceremony, while you get the photos done. 3 items, fruit tray, cheese tray, and a good dip or spread. A punch, or 2 if one is alcoholic, 10 gallons.

You need 8-10 people not members of the wedding to set up, serve, and clean up the party.

Much of this food can be prepared in advance, or ordered in drop off.

Italian Beef---1 pound raw beef per 4 PLUS
Pulled Pork---1 pound raw pork per 5
Rolls and condiments, see the sandwich page, do 1 1/4 the amount for 100

Spag.Salad---
Mac Salad---
Total 6-7 pounds dry pasta, divide to your preference
Potato Salad---40 pound raw

Baked Beans-- 4 gallons
Scalloped Corn--- about 26 pounds corn to start

Cheesy Potato's-- see the festive family buffet page, end of the page, you need about 2 roasters full.

Cornbread---10 9x13 pans

Dinner coffee and other beverages, see the beverage planning page.

Lower dessert costs by doing a small cake and a dessert buffet, see the dessert buffet page.
