Need help big time Im planning a wedding in September and we are having a Taco Buffet and i need to know how many lbs of meat,cheese, taco shells,tortillas,onions,lettuce,tomatoes jalapenos,beans,rice,chips,salsa I would need to feed 170 people |

All this is covered in detail in the article "Taco/potato bar for 100". You would use 1 3.4 times the amount for 100. You also need to read the article under the wedding dinner button at the top of the forum page. You also need 2 appetizer tables; fruit trays, some kind of dip or spread, and some kind of "bite" plus a punch. 0r two if one is alcoholic. It will take about 15 people, not in the wedding party, to set up, serve and clean up this size meal. |
