Go to the economy entrees on the big pots page, there are a number of low cost entrees for 100. Make a full recipe- they eat a lot. Add Garlic bread, or rice and beans, or baked beans as your side dish, whichevr goes with the entree you choose. On the spaghetti page there is a recipe for a pasta sauagae bake for 120 that would be a fine alternative. Dessert is very popular, if you have helpers they could contribute. Iced tea is MUCH cheaper than soda... |

Hi, I would go with bbq beef sandwiches. Macaroni salad and chips on the side. You can get a good chuck for 1.99 a pound all over the place (watch ads) use about 1/3 to 1/2 pound (boneless) per person and put in roaster with your fav bbq sauce throw in some onions and bamo. Serve on hoagies found at Sams. Easy. Do salad the day before. Top off with watermelon and chocolate cake or banana pudding. Killer. Hint: Cross rib is chuck. |

another thought: Ravioli or tortelini with an alfredo and a red marinara sauce. Add garlic bread and salad like Ellen said. No meat, High carbs. |
