How much italian beef

09/19/05 		I am not sure how many people are coming...between 50 and 60(about 20 of them kids) I have 8 lbs of italian beef and buns, 5 pounds of italian sausage to make a italian sausage, potatoe and red pepper dish, 30 pieces of fried chicken, some hot dogs for the picky kids (also green salad, potatoe salad and watermelon) My dilema is do I need more italian beef and possibly fried chicken???

09/19/05 		The beef will make about 30 sandwiches, I might increase to 11-12 pounds so there is one for evryone. And many people will eat the fried chicken if it is there- I might add another 20 pieces legs and thighs- inexpensive insurance. This will make a pretty good lunch with a few gallons of potato saladand about 40 pounds of watermelon.
