So I'm hosting a country themed BBQ ribs fundraiser at my fraternity house and are expecting anywhere from 250-300 people. But I do not know how many pounds of pork ribs I should buy? Also what would be the cheapest sides I could get? |

Is this a buffet service, or plated? Sides, beans, pasta or potato salad and slaw. |

By the way, ribs are really expensive, especially for a college age group, because they eat a pound each. BBQ chicken leg quarters instead, or at least in addition, would cut down the amount of ribs, and thus the cost. Check it out 1 pound ribs per person vs 1 chicken quarter plus 1 large rib. |
