02/12/13 		Hi, my wedding is on the 23d and I need to know how much broccoli and cauliflower to get for broccoli n cauliflower salad for 250 people. Also our appetizer were having cheese and crackers and grapes... hope many will I need of each of those items?

cheese and crackers1 pound cheese per 10, 1 pound crackers per 16
grapes- 1 pound per 5-6
Add one more item, a dip or spread- 1/4 cup dip or spread and 1 ounce dipper/chip/bread, per person
