Hi Ellen I am cooking for a club dinner for 130 guests (Big Eaters) it is a sit down dinner we are serving Thinly sliced roast beef, Mashed Potatoes/gravy, Green beans and dessert. How much top sirloin should I cook, for how long and at what temp for Medium-Rare? thanks |
