Hi Ellen I am cooking for a club dinner for 130 guests (Big Eaters) it is a sit down dinner we are serving Thinly sliced roast beef, Mashed Potatoes/gravy, Green beans and dessert. How much top sirloin should I cook, for how long and at what temp for Medium-Rare? thanks |

I also use top sirloin or top round for this, cooked medium rare. See the beef roasting page for total info on this. Just remember that you go by size of pieces, not total weight. If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please consider a donation to support the site. |
