this might be outside your knowledge and that's ok but I figure it is worth a shot. We are doing a carnival where we will be giving away small bags of popcorn and bags of cotton candy. It will be from 10am-2 pm but there will be other food options available for purchase during this time. Would you make enough popcorn and cotton candy for each person you are expecting to have one of each or would you do half as much of each? |

I would figure one small bag of popcorn per person, but only 1/2 to 2/3 of the cotton candy- amount depends on proportion of kids- grown ups don't always eat it. |
