Hi Ellen. I've looked over your threads and I think I have my amounts right, but I'd feel better if you took a quick look to confirm. My shopping list includes 100# Corned Beef, flat cut, 40# cabbage, 80# red potatoes, 50# carrots, plus we will have 15 - (13x9) bread puddings with caramel sauce. Does that sound right for 200? This looks good. Maybe 18 bread puddings, 3-4 gallons of sauce. Precook, chill, and preslice the meat, then reheat. |
