I'm doing a picnic style wedding reception outside, bbq for about 200 people. Should I simply double the 100 plan? Its from aprox 2pm-8/9pm and there will be adult beverages. There will be a lot of kids and a few vegetarians. It isn't until august but I'm feeling like I but off more then I can chew. |

Yes, double. If there are many children under 10, you can do a little less- about 5%. For this size party, I would plan 3 people on the grills, 2-3 other cooks/kitchen, 2 bar tenders, and a dozen people to set up, serve, and clean up the party. |
