Good work. Some suggestions:
90 lbs of pulled pork BBQ
Pasta Salad 16 lbs Pasta- OK; I would do 18
String Beans 12 Large Cans-OK Perlo (How much rice?) 1 pound rice per 2 pounds whole chicken; about 1 pound whole chicken per 3 people
Tea (Sweet) 24 gallons; 1/3 should be unsweetened Rolls 20 lbs- need 12 pounds bread per 100, 3 pounds butter per 100
Chocolate Fountain (This fountain will serve 200 people) 20 lbs chocolate Fruit (I think we have this covered) Now, about my other recommendation, I will quote myself.
Before the Buffet; Why You May Need an Appetizer Table This does not have to be complicated. Three items, including a fruit tray, a cheese tray and an attractive dip or spread, plus a punch, or two if one is alcoholic, are sufficient. One appetizer service area is needed for each 100 guests. If the help saves you time, trouble, or money, considr a donation to support the site. |

AuJCvGVVum Having purchased other Wilton cake pans befroe, these were basically what I expected. That being said, if you haven't purchased other Wilton pans befroe, these may be more lightweight than what you are expecting, but generally they tend to last a bit better than the some of the pans I've bought from other manufacturers. (No rust issues, for instance, but that's because these are aluminum.) I love the four different sizes, as it's really convenient to have all of them. Make sure you grease these pans well for your cake (or whatever you're baking) to come out really easily, as these aren't non-stick. I haven't had any issues with the center of the larger ones not baking even without using anything special to help, either. I'd definitely recommend these for ease of use, quality, and the convenience of the different sizes. |
