09/21/05 		I am serving bbq pork, macaroni and cheese, pasta salad, baked beans, meatballs, veg tray, and fruit trays at my reception. Need to find out how many lbs I need for each of these. Thank you.

Now that I have posted all the planning articles and tables in the Big Pots section, I am not doing the original estimates for people.

If you will use the quantities for 100 page and the brisket and bbq page to help yourself prepare your estimayes, you can email them to me and I will be glad to review them with you by email- Ellen
