We have a jenn airs black glass cooktop, we are on our second replacement!!! third one on the way. One burner has a cloud in the glass. Jenn air repair person tells us he has never seen this problem, after reading your posting I find that to be a lie!!! Should I let them replace the cooktop or replace with another stove period??? The cooktop is 2 mo. old purchased in Dec.2012. Pls advice!! thxs for your help. |

Well, Billie, it depends on what matters to you. The top is going to keep doing weird and rather unattractive things, but if you like cooking on it, you will probably keep it. If you won't be satisfied with its appearance after it goes out of warranty, you probably want something else. |
