This is ample, in fact you will have some left. Here are a few adjustments:
32lbs--Spinach,Feta and sundried tomato stuffed pork loin 4 pounds butter is just right If this saves you time, trouble, or money, consider a donation, maybe a dime per person, to support the site. |

A couple of changes. ... Instead of beef roast we are going with Swedish Meatballs as an entree choice... .3lbs of butter rice lower rice pilaf to 5lbs. How many pounds of meatballs do I need with my other entrees

Hopefully last change Beef roast and Swedish meatballs gone and now fruit salad gone. Cheese tray now a cheese ball. Do I need to add more of what's left? |

OK. So this is just pork and chicken? Increase the chicken to 1 piece per person. Maybe add a few pounds of a cheese ball with sweet/fruit flavor and no meat? menu is a little short in sweet flavors. Good luck... |
