I am cooking a corned beef and cabbage lunch for 60 people. I have noted the suggested amounts in other answers. If I am preparing 30# of corned beef in the oven, does the 1 hour/pound of meat rule for cooking time still apply? |

You do this by the weight of the individual piece, not the total. |
