I'm baking 40-50 boneless chicken thighs in a conventional oven. They will be cooking in an italian dressing. How long should they cook? I'll be using up two racks in the oven. |

If you preheat thoroughly, at least 20 minutes, it will only take about 10 minutes longer than a smaller amount- let them come to room temp while the oven preheats. |
