How many pounds of pork roast will I need to make pulled pork sandwitches to feed 155? What kind of roasts should I buy and whats the easiest way to cook the roast? |

Shoulder is the best. 1 pound bone in for 4 sandwiches. There are several threads with recipes in this column or the archive. You can make ahead, shred, freeze in sauce. Thaw in fridge, reheat. |
