Anniversary Event for 100

03/13/13 		I have a friend whose parent's are having their 75th anniversary. They have 100 confirmed guest. The event is going to be held 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. They have asked me to help prepare the following items. They have other appetizers they are preparing. I just want to make sure my amounts are correct.

chicken puffs (bite size) 3 per person (300)
veggie pinwheels 3 per person (300)
fruit (cut fruit placed on a long toothpick - grapes, strawberry, & pineapple) 3 toothpicks per person (300)
Sweet Tea 8 gallons
Unsweet Tea 6 gallons
Lemonade 6 gallons

03/13/13 		OK. No more than 6 gallons sweet tea (4 would probably be plenty) and 2 unsweet. You may have some veggie pinwheels left over.
