hello, I have a few ?'s .. this is the first church dinner I am in charge of. I wanted to know how much green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, beets, and applesauce I need to serve around 100-125..

The difference between 4 and 5 for dinner isn't much, but the difference for 100 or 125 is a lot. You need to firm up your numbers. Also, is this a pot roast, a rib roast, or a round? Buffet service where people can have seconds, or served plates? Please send more information. |
