need to have enough sandwiches for 100 people for an afternoon birthday party though I would use buns and let them make their own Wondering about portion sizes and how many buns per person |

Nicest, 2 smallish buns per person, they won't eat them all, freeze the leftovers, or feed the ducks. If truly mid-afternoon, use the reception guidelines on the sandwich page. If more lunchish, use the lunch guidelines. The difference is, did they eat before they came? |
