I will be making chicken fettuccini alfredo and not sure how many 1 pound bags to make and also how many jars of alfredo sauce to mix with or a easy tasy recipe? Your reply will be greatly appreciated! |

chicken parmisan sauce Does anyone have a good chicken parmisan sauce recipe instead of jarred spaghetti sauce? |

Plan on using a half recipe of my alfredo style sauce for 100 on the spaghetti page. You want about 1 quart per pound of pasta. There is also a good marinara sauce for 100, you could do 1/2. Pasta amounts are discussed there, you are looking at 6-8 pounds. |
